Right from the first telephone call for a quote to the last item being delivered to our new home A1 have been terrific. They stick to their quote, they help with supplying boxes etc, at that time when your buying a home and you need to sort out moving dates they have been brilliant. Flexible about what dates are available and how they can help. The team in the office are lovely and the guys who carry out the move are careful with your possessions, they're polite, courteous, professional and work really hard. I've had cause to use A1 more than once. Brilliant every time.

I was really impressed by the level of professionalism of A1 throughout the removals process. The removals men were quick, reassuring and really professional, and the whole process, from booking the move with A1 through to completion was smooth and stress-free. I particularly appreciated the check-ins on the run-up to the Big Day which were helpful in alleviating stress. I would highly recommend A1.

The removal people arrived promptly on the day and politely and very efficiently loaded my effects on to their van. This commenced almost immediately upon arrival after I'd shown them each room and explained what was coming with me from the house and what was staying. Within forty five minutes or so they were done loading. On arrival at the destination address tye same professional approach was applied and they were again done very quickly. Throughout the day in my company they were at all times courteous and good humoured. It was baking hot too!

A1 collected some of our furniture to go into storage. They were very quick, knowledgeable and unfailingly professional. Two days later they moved the rest of our furniture to a new home. They took the stress and worry out of the day and were respectful and kind. Lovely company. Great staff.
