    Such a dreadful experience - don't understand how he is highly rated.

    We are more than extremely disappointed with the work by Lee at A1 Tiling Pro. His work was so unacceptable to fact the work will now need to redone and will cost us a fortune to put right. He convinced us it would be better to lay the new tiles over the old one - which means we have two layers of tiles to undo the damage he has caused. Afterwards Lee blocked us and never followed up. This is appalling customer service. We are very dismayed that he had such a top rating and produced this terrible work. We feel very let down. See the photos. This is just a few of them.

    Kitchen tile job

    I had a tiling job done by A1 TILING the tiler was Lee.What a God send,he is extremely professional works efficiently and is so respectful. I would definitely recommend Lee he knows his stuff and he takes pride in his work. If you want a professional with a no nonsense approach to his work,my job took him two and a half days and he took of my old tiles as well,Lee is definitely the right man for the job.I am sorry but the photo s won't upload, what a shame.

    Bathroom and shower tiling together with floor tiling

    When I first contacted Lee he came out to view and provide a quote. I was impressed by what Lee had picked up on when discussing the work that needed to be done. Lee was punctual, professional and clearly knew what he was doing. Lee provided alternative ideas when my husband and I were unsure and was very quick to find solutions to any issues. Considering this was the first trades person I have used from checkatrade, so I was very weary; I must say that I was very impressed by the skill and expertise that Lee possessed. I will also be calling Lee back for any additional tiling.

    Bathroom Tiles

    Lee recently came to tile our bathroom and he was great from the start. He was quick to respond to messages, arrived when he said he would, and did a brilliant job. A skilled and tidy tiler who I will use again. Highly recommended

    Replacing tiles in bathroom

    My bathroom wall tiles were taken out by my plumber to repair a leak. I contacted Lee about repairing the area. He was quick to reply, friendly, was very tidy,and managed to get the new tiles to match the existing layout. His quote was also very reasonable. Very pleased with the work.

    Bathroom Tiling

    Lee has been faultless and we have been lucky to be in his safe - and capable - hands. Lee tiled our floor and walls, as well as enveloping the shower tray and niches - it was a complex job completed to a very good standard. It’s worth noting that Lee has demonstrated great flexibility (he accommodated us when we were a few tiles short, and colour matched the grout), has given sound counsel, and importantly is reliable and honest - Whilst the work was carried out, we decamped from London and our property, leaving it in his hands without issue.
