  Repair to exterior patio

  Sub standard poor workmanship. This was the second time we used Adrian so I was unprepared for the poor quality of work. He quoted to repair the grout in our exterior brick patio and a separate section with grey porcelain tiles. The work was completed on time however we were away and as soon as we returned I raised concerns, namely that the grout was a completely different colour in the repaired section (bright orange) to the rest of the patio. He’s used a sand grout (which he said would match), the quality of application is awful. I’ve seen this grout used before I’m guessing it’s the first time Adrian had ever tried to apply it. Also the porcelain section was missing areas of grout in a few places. At first Adrian was responsive and promised to come round to fix it. It’s been over a month and there were lots of excuses for delays, he then said he’d quote to fix it. Now he’s not responding to emails. Completely unacceptable and very disappointing considering the first job he did for us was good. Clearly patios are not his area of expertise.

  Fixed non structural exterior cracks to wall

  Adrian was great, very communicative and reliable. He did a great job fitting heli rods and repointing large superficial cracks in our exterior wall. He paid great attention to detail to get it to look like the original wall. He was friendly and tidy and I would definitely hire him again,

  installed a front porch and bricks missing on side wall from old ventilation.

  asked to have a front porch installed and missing bricks on the side wall from old ventilation outlet. Work was carried out with high quality, care and great results. Very professional and polite and work carried out with great care and professionalism. Would highly recommend for any works.

  Repointing

  Repointing of gable end wall and building new front garden wall

  Adrian completed work for us in October 2025. His work was to a high standard. He was always professional and friendly in his approach. He is very reliable and communicates every step of the way. He had to work during a time of high winds and torrential rain, which was challenging for him, but he always cleaned and tidied up afterwards. He even washed our neighbours cars when they got brick dust on them! Would highly recommend him and will be booking him for other projects in the future.

  Media wall

  Would highly recommend, very professional and cannot fault the attention to detail & quality of work. Polite, friendly and punctual. I love the media wall its a fabulous feature to the house and had so many great comments. Would recommend A2B Bricklaying to my friends and family, 5* service 🙂
