    Great emergency call out

    Brilliant service - came out within 35 minutes and managed to get us in our home after leaving keys in our auto locking door and closing door. It was late at night and raining but still was able to get us in and cant thank you enough! We were so stressed as our cat was locked in and confused, we couldnt thank you enough at the time but honestly so grateful thank you

    Great customer service

    Absolutely top customer service from Matt today. He assessed the lock and immediately identified the issue. The new lock was installed and working within 30 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

    Great service turned up bang on time and resolved all the issues others couldn’t within 20 minutes.

    Front door was out of alignment and would lock easily Matt turned up and diagnosed and fixed the fault within 20 minutes other people had tried and failed top service!

We are based in Bishop Auckland, County Durham, and aim to offer a fast, friendly and highly professional service that is competitively priced.
Our van is equipped with a large stock of replacement locks, handles and more so we can repair or replace 95% of parts immediately.
We do not charge a call out fee and offer a 10% discount for all returning customers.
The window films we have to offer come in a large array of designs including coloured, frosted, mirrored and more. All films are security rated and help prevent windows being smashed by potential intruders.
We offer a professional none destructive boarding up service for broken doors and windows using methods that allow us to secure the boards without screwing directly into the frames, therefore causing no more damage and costing you the customer no more money.
We are willing to travel up to 50 miles free of charge, anything over 50 miles will incur a small fuel fee.
