Audi contacted me directly, turned up when he said he would, suggested a solution, kept us updated, arrived on time, did a cracking job despite the snow and a power cut, and tidied up after himself. We'd definitely recommend him and will be using him again for our electrical needs. He's a really nice and interesting guy too! Highly recommended.

Replacement electric oven element

When my oven stopped working, I needed a speedy, reliable electrician. I contacted Checkatrade and got 5 suggestions. I messaged them all: 1 declined the job, 3 did not respond, but the 5th replied with interest immediately. I started to message the details - but before I could send the message Audi from Elite Electrical phoned me! He understood my concern, he had a job early the following morning, but if I didn't mind him visiting at 7.45am he would come to me first! He identified the element that needed replacing, and he replaced it the next working day. I am very, very impressed with Elite.
