  Dormer / Roof Windows

  Posted 22 September

Good work, on time, very helpful.

We were very pleased with the work carried out by A5. From the beginning, we got a detailed quote promptly, and any queries were dealt with quickly. The team who worked on the windows was helpful, polite and did a very good job. I would certainly recommend this company.

Emergency Fascia / Soffits / Guttering Service

  Posted 08 September

Guttering had dropped in carport so water was pouring into area. Guttering needed cleaning.

Thorough examination of work required. Good communication skills. Managed to get me sorted within 24 hour of giving them the work. Guys arrived ahead of appointment and got on with work. Kept me updated as work was carried out. All looks good to me, and no leaks anymore. Excellent service.

  Roof replace, gutters and facias

The boys did an incredible job, they were on time and worked really hard. They were respectful of my home, cleaning up at the end of the day. The end price was as quoted and I felt very comfortable having them around.

  Dry Verge Installation

  Posted 25 April

Exceptional quality, trustworthy team, and a complete transformation—highly recommended.

A5 Property Maintenance recently completed a full front renovation on my property and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The standard of work was excellent from start to finish and the transformation is genuinely night and day. They replaced the Tudor boards, installed new composite white panels, fitted new guttering and dry verge systems, and even went above and beyond by addressing the roof valleys which had worn over time. Everything was completed within just 3 days, which was impressive given the scope of the work. What stood out most was their professionalism and work ethic.
