I have reviewed this yesterday, however it may come across as having an issue with the Alan fitting the damp course. This is not the case, Alan was a source of guidance and advice, which resulted in him fitting the PIV and not rectifying any work carried previously.

Initially we asked for a survey of our living room, as we had had a damp course installed in Oct/ Nov 2023. We have damp patches on the chimney breast/alcoves. Alan diagnosed this as condensation, due to lack of ventilation having made our home (as many do) as draft proof as we could with upvc doors/windows. Fitting a PIV to help circulate the air throughout the house will hopefully cure this, only time will tell. Alan was very informative, prompt and communicated well throughout. I think the only slight drawback is that the unit is noisier than we were expecting.

Alan was brilliant, he is very knowledgeable, helpful and no nonsense. He fit a PIV in a bungalow where there's a condensation, some mould present and a strong musty smell. I've waited to review from February because obviously the change isn't immediate, but now there has been a huge improvement in the house in terms of odour and moisture reduction. I'm sure this will only improve with time. Great service would highly recommend!

Exceptional service! After the initial query, it took Alan 2 hours to call me to offer next day availability to come and inspect the house. Communication was great and he ended up coming earlier than expected. He was highly knowledgeable about all things house-related. He was thorough and inspected all rooms throughout the house, offering invaluable tips and advice. Alan was honest about the work that needed doing/not doing and as a first time buyer, I felt that I was in safe hands. I will be recommending him to my friends and family in the future!
