Easy to book, helpful staff, thorough survey that was extremely reassuring. Paperwork sent through very quickly.

The sampling work was done efficiently and in the time arranged. The member of staff was polite, pleasant and helpful.

Communication was good from the start, it was clear what they were going to do and what we were going to recieve. They cleaned up very well before leaving (I think the house was cleaner than when we left it)

Required an urgent Asbestos survey. Following post received a prompt response via Whatsapp, was able to call & speak with real person, who managed to switch resources as very short notice on Friday morning. Survey undertaken around 2pm Friday afternoon & report (all clear) received later same evening. Result!

Really happy the with service. We had our asbestos reports done and the inspector came to us promptly and with great communication. When we need our next one doing or inspections done I will be coming back to AA Asbestos.
