He is a very inefficient builder , very money motive. I was asked to pay cash for the material and he bought 20 bags cement and 2 bags of sand , used only 8bags of cement and left 12 bags cement and a bag of sand on the driveway. Refused to return and wasted the money. His labour charges was £ 1850and he wanted me to pay all in cash. This was not informed at the start. Once the materials were delivered he wanted £ 1000 cash in advance to start the job. I paid cash £1000 but he didn't return to work. After numerous calls and texts came and finished. His behavior is un acceptable.

His first job was to seal the bathtub, When water was still leaking after he blamed the shower screen. I bought a new one and paid him to fit it. The shower screen was installed the wrong way with the canal facing outward, so water drained out and quickly damaged paintwork. He said the shower screen was fitted ok and he would want more money if he turned it around and the leak was still present. This was a problem as either he had installed the shower screen wrong, or there was previous a leak which he had failed to fix. I paid someone else who fitted it properly. Photos of work available.
