Work completed to low standard
Paul, came over and quoted to remove and refit existing skirting. It was agreed that any gaps in the skirting would be filled and beading also removed and refitted ‘where require’. The job inc vat £600. I was disappointed in the finish. Gaps where not filled, as agreed, beading ill fitted in areas, areas which were not agreed where filled. Paul was given an opportunity to return to make good or reduce his price. Both he declined saying it wouldn’t be worth his time and has presented me with an invoice for the full amount. Soffit replacement
