    Jim arrived to time. Very knowledgeable and put us at ease regarding our pest problem. Jim put bait boxes where there was evidence of pest activity. Didn’t hear any scratching noises that night or any evidence. Jim told us to allow 14 days and check again, if still any activity to ring him and he will visit again FOC. Jim was very confident that a back up visit will not be necessary.

    Very prompt response to voicemail. Next day service. On time. Reasonable cost. Jim is a really lovely friendly guy and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Just hope I don't have the need to! I got stung very badly on the belly before I knew the nest was there.
