DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We were totally scammed by this company as we called them on NY eve for an emergency . We were quoted £75 call out fee which was increased to an extortionate quote of £750 for a leak from a shower. We paid , in faith into a private bank account with the promise of an invoice to follow. NOTHING SINCE . No. Answer to emails or numerous phone calls.

Our drain was blocked told be £49 call out to look at it. Took less than 30 mins, told me it would be £275 then charged £375 made out like I misheard. Told drain cleared it wasn't 2 days later it was overflowing. Also should have known and advised it was actually YW responsibility for drain and only charged a call out fee. When I have called to complain & request refund, cut me off and has now blocked me. .

I am dissatisfied with a recent drain clearing .On 11 November your team attended my property. The work was less than 30 mins; however, I was charged £540 for the service. He first said it was going to be £340. When I came to pay he added VAT and a service charge. It was not an emergency call out I find this charge to be excessively high given the short duration of the work. I would kindly request a detailed breakdown of the costs involved and a review of the final charge. I believe in fair and transparent pricing, and I hope we can resolve this matter amicably.
