  Brilliant people!

  Absolutely brilliant company! Couldn’t recommend them more! It’s never nice having people working in your home but the boys was brilliant! Polite, tired, approachable! Absolute credit to the company all of them! I personally know nothing about electrics but everything was explained and the work was done to a very high standard! Couldn’t fault the team what so ever!

  Garden Lighting

  External fittings

  Installed some exterior lights, plug socket and Ring doorbell. Had a lot of fun with a light that was thought to be faulty but after manufacturer tested and said it was fine they came back and reinstalled at no extra cost.

  Fuseboard / Consumer Unit Repair

  My sockets kept tripping the fuseboard, and I needed a new board installed.

  It was Saturday morning and my sockets kept tripping my electricity. I called AA Electricians and had several calls with Mimi who was excellent at suggesting different ways I could localise the problem. I wasn't a quick fix, so I booked them. I had to wait a bit, but they were amazing. My neighbour had an electrician, who popped in to do a quick fix for me, but he couldn't work out what the problem was. Anyway - AA kept me informed about options, time schedule and scale of the job. They were the nicest people, and very knowledgeable and professional.

  Fault Finding

  Minor plumbing job; dripping bathroom tap

  I recalled that AA Electricals fitted new taps throughout the property three years back so I rang them as a first option. Managing Director Tim took the call and reminded me that we were still under a 10 year warranty for the work carried out back then. We made a convenient appointment for our assigned plumber (Zach) to investigate first of all. Once Zach had established that a cartridge had gone faulty the firm ordered a new set and made an appointment to revisit and replace. All the work was carried out in an efficient, timely, considerate manner (free of charge)
