Mitro Homes Ltd were doing a good job, but unfortunately they tend to book jobs everywhere with no specific timescale. We booked a bathroom project renovation at beginning of August, never completed after a several request to delay to complete other people jobs. Despite trying to find a common ground to find a solution the job was abandoned via email with no notice and completely uncompleted. The thing is going to end up with lawyers for breach of contract. Be careful when hiring people.

Overall they were very flexible to meet our needs and find solutions to problems fast (sometimes too fast)! It was a family team that was focused on driving a quality job and ensuring we were happy with the finished product. Only feedback would have been good to have a bit more structured planning approach at the beginning to ensure we covered the details from the start. I would recommend them as they are learning and growing FAST as a business with every build.
