Alex was very difficult to contact and had poor timekeeping. He did not turn up to the first date arranged and his communication skills were poor. After beginning the work on a later date, he agreed to return to complete this work within the week. However he would not reply to repeated calls and text messages. After two weeks he eventually answered to say that it was too much work and he would not complete it, despite us paying him in part in advance. To sum up:

First of all I’ve lose a lot of time at this client, he wasn’t have materials, after he buy wrong doors in loose my time and my petrol and van help 2 days in raw coz he wasn’t understand the doors and what he bought it wasn’t the same size! He pay me for fitting one door, so wasn’t in advance( my quotation wasn’t including painting as well, coz I ask him but said to save money he will paint that door.. I have all the proof( text messages whit my transparency)
