Ash helped add a stop tap, removed a water tank and some other general plumbing. He has great attention to detail and gave me an exact breakdown of what he was doing and what the cost would be. Ash kept an open line of communication and was extremely reliable. He was also very polite and easy to get on with. I will be recommending him to friends and family and will be using him for all future plumbing jobs. 10/10, thanks again pal

Ash was professional and completed a very neat job installing a radiator in a new position. I messed Ash around a little bit as the valves I’d ordered were delayed so I had to rearrange his job, but he was understanding and found a new slot for me. I’ll be contacting Ash in the future for any plumbing related jobs - very happy with his work.

Ash arrived on time, we talked through what was required and the job was completed with minimum disruption. He also agreed to add inhibitor, I didn’t realise at the time this meant a trip to pick up an applicator. Ash completed all this in good time and the work area left tidy.

Ash is very friendly, extremely efficient and did a brilliant job. He was quick and very tidy. The toilet looks amazing and works fabulously.

We had a pipe burst in the middle of the night and the stopcock then broke meaning we couldn't turn off the water. Contacted AAL via Checkatrade and Ash immediately helped us turn off the water supply at the boiler over the phone. He then came round promptly and fixed the issue quickly and affordably. Really helpful, friendly and speedy service, will definitely be using AAL again
