A & A Build and Design Ltd started my porch project well, completing the blockwork quickly after taking a 50% deposit. However, the roof work dragged on for weeks and was never finished properly. The contractor, Andrew, became unreachable and unreliable, failing to complete the concrete floor or prepare for door fitting. Communication was poor throughout, and I paid £1,200 for incomplete work. While prices are attractive, I advise caution due to delays, poor communication, and unfinished work.

I have worked with Andrew over the last year, project works ranging from interior fitouts, installing new beams to external fence and painting. He is a very pleasant person to work with andalways comes up with a competitive price with a 'can do' attitude. He has always met our expectation and I trust him for works that are complex simply because he has a lot of experience in the building trade. I would recommend him to my friends without hesitation.
