Rendering, landscaping and turfing to the rear, side and front of property
Excellent work by a group of polite hard working trades men. My family and I are delighted with the service and quality of work that was completed. Thank you for transforming our boring garden into an exciting hang out spot for the kids we all appreciate it.
Rotavating and levelling 50sqm of front garden.
Excellent job done and fully cleaned-up. I now have a front garden ready for turfing. A great experience from start to finish, from Lyudmil and team.
Laying base and erection of potting shed
This is the third shed Lyudmil and his team have erected for us and we’re always very happy with their workmanship, versatility, and attention to detail. Always courteous, they just get on with the job until it’s done, whatever the weather, with no fuss.
Laying artificial grass and laying porcelain slabs
Lyudmil came very quickly to view the project and provide us with a quote. Lyudmil and his team arrived nice and early and worked non stop throughout the day and finished the garden to a high standard and on time. A friendly team and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Shed base
The works was to lay down slabs for shed base which were butted together and level. Simple enough instruction that even a child can understand. Invited him to survey the job to ensure he understood the job and didn't make typical builder excuses during the job. The work completed was completely off the agreed terms - hardly any of the slabs are level, some are higher some or lower and some of the slabs have even come loose. Not only he's wasted my time money and material. Now I have to get another builder to fix this clowns mistakes. If only Checkatrade had option to submit photos!

I am surprised and shocked by the disingenuous review I have received from this client. I have worked as a landscaper for many years and am committed to providing exceptional work. My previous reviews have demonstrated my integrity and dedication to providing honest and professional advice to all my clients. I advised the client that placing slabs on the uneven ground would cause issues, but he was adamant that it would be fine. He was unwilling to pay for the additional cost or buy the material. Even after informing and warning the client, I completed the work under his instructions and received monies in full. If I did not meet the work to his satisfaction, then he did not need to pay me, but he did, which means he was happy with the work I completed on completion. My profession is not a job but my livelihood, and being a family man with a young child, I always ensure I go far beyond my client's expectations to be recommended by them to others. This review is disingenuous and defamation of who I am.
Patio replacement and fence enhancement.
Lyudmil's team did an excellent job of removing old decking , old garage concrete base and patio and replacing all this with a beautiful new patio, rebuild the flower beds and repair and enhance the surrounding fence . The whole area looks completely changed and beautiful now! Hard working , professional and attention to details - these are only few words that can describe Luydmil and the team .
