Allan came out very quickly to our job which was a leaking roof to the rear of the house. The roof was fixed to a very high standard using friendly and very skilled tradesmen who have done a great job and will follow up if there are any issues. Highly recommended.

I approached Mr Crossley about a wall which had been removed previously - and explained the need for advice/work as necessary. He was incredibly responsive, very swift and efficient. Called other professionals on our behalf, organised a structural engineer, visited the very next day - absolutely amazing service. We are over the moon that in fact work isn't needed and the follow up engineer's letter is in hand. All work carried out to good standard and as agreed. This included specialist plasterwork to bespoke Victorian coving, dado and picture rails. We shook hands based on a quote for a general written description of works and my inexpert verbal supplement. This was enough for Allan to deliver, including rethinking the spec on my part. We are very happy with results and would recommend Allan and his team on reliability and quality.

I contacted A&A Property Maintenance a few weeks ago about repairing damaged flooring and fitting new laminate. Within a week, Allan and his team had been out to look, given a quote I was happy with and started the work. I was really impressed by how quick and efficient everything was. The work was completed in a week, the floor looks good and I'm very happy! Already recommended them to my neighbours.
