A good experience with house maintenance and repairs.

Helpful: inspected the house for other defects that required attention. Estimate: clear estimation of the cost. Efficient: the member of staff who did the the work was highly skilled and efficient. The work was completed faster than I expected. Polite: Pleasant people to do business with.

  Replacement fascia’s, soffits and guttering

Had work done by the team before and they were so efficient and did great work last time that I asked them back to replace my old rotting fascias, soffits and guttering. Chuffed with the work, very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Probably the best roofing company in Malton

A great, professional, responsive and skilled roofing company. Andrew responded quickly to our call to look at our request, provide his opinion and advice, and then to a clear and concise quote on what would be done and when- ridge tiling, pointing and chimney removal. The roofers were good, honest workmen, that knew exactly what to do and showed commendable pride in there workmanship. I would not hesitate to engage AandA again.

  Chimneys Repair

  Posted 31 March

  Highly recommended

It is not often you find a company that puts the customer first, but that is exactly what I have done in A & A Roofing Ltd. I rang Andrew on Friday morning due to water seeping into the lounge from the chimney. He came within thirty minutes, assessed the problem, gave me a price on the spot which I accepted. He and his team came back on Monday morning and cured the problem with the chimney pot, plus pointing up the brickwork which was leaking. The team were very friendly, helpful and very professional. The work was first class and I would have no hesitation in recommending A&A Roofing
