Ian was a joy from the moment we called him. He came within 15 minutes, managed to open our interior kitchen door by removing a very problematical star lock and even went out of his way to go back home to pick up and install a new one for us. Excellent quality and quick service.

I have been having problems with one of two Yale type locks on my front door for a while and it kept getting worse. This morning it took me 25 minutes to open the door. I found A&A Sureguard's details in the local Trade Directory. I called them and explained the problem I was having . I also said that it was not too urgent nevertheless Iain arrived within an hour , quickly identified the problem and fixed the problem all within 80 minutes of me making the call, ......Thank You Iain

I had identified the need to replace the lock barrel in my uPVC door, but despite numerous You Tube videos I had had no luck in removing the old barrel. AA Sureguard gave good advice over the phone with regards to measuring the existing barrel - much easier if removed! - as well as a reasonable estimate. We arranged a mutually acceptable time, and in less than a minute the barrel was out... As it happened, I had the wrong barrel, but was now able to complete the job. Very helpful, speedy, and didn't make me feel like a fool (I did that myself!)
