Mounting a blind &extractor unit
I advertised this work in the late evening for extractor unit problem in the bathroom and mounting a blind which was fallen. He replied straight away and he can do mounting a blind. But extractor unit is part of Vent-Axia ventilation system and needs to search in their website for contact. He gave me appointment swiftly and mounted a blind within a few minutes. Fantastic

Cooker Installation
Excellent experience and service! My daughter previously hired him for another, equally well done job so when AO refused to install our new cooker, he was the first thought to contact. Fantastic work all round and would highly recommend.

Replace a garden tap
Dalbir came when asked, examined the type of tap needed and came back to replace old with new! All very simple and easy!

Cat flap
Our first meet with A&D maintenance was a booked job where we essentially cancelled at the last minute. No cancellation fee charged or frustration shown. What A&D did was get in touch a week later showing his completed work at another home and explained he was confident in completing the job properly and provided evidence to that effect. He turned up, on time well equipped completed the job and took on an extra job we asked him to do at the last minute. He fitted it in and didn't quote for that work.
