    Discussed with Andy the issue, he provided advice of how to repair the damp area a prevention of it reoccurring. Provided a quote to complete the job, which was cheaper than expected. Arranged time/date to complete the work, Andy arrived and carried out the work as described, and tidied up after.

    We had to have all the plaster removed from a 7m long party wall (where our kitchen and utility room are), then undergo investigation and treatment of the cause of the damp proof course failure, tanking of the area, liaison with the electrician to ensure all the cabling was in the right places and then re plastering of the whole area. The team were great, handled all the complexities and communication in a professional and friendly manner, completed the work quickly and worked well together.

Fair pricing for a professional job. We did get three quotes, for due diligence, A&G were £1000 less than one of the quotes we received! I would have no hesitation in recommending them based on our experience.
