Bad tenants left my property in a bad way and I’ve been feeling lost. A & G Roofing came out this morning and offered genuine advice on the situation and I now feel hopeful on how to move forward with the repairs. I see light at the end of the tunnel and look forward to booking A &G for the completion of repairs. Cheers!

When we bought our house, the building survey picked up that the original part of the property had an unlined roof. Another company quoted us a lot of money to strip and recover the roof but when we got Mike from A & G Roofing round to get a second opinion, he took a thorough look inside the loft and around the perimeter of the house and told us that in his honest opinion that if it was his house he would not undertake the work as it would be a waste of money. We were so impressed with Mike’s professionalism and integrity and we will certainly instruct Mike for any future work.

Rainwater had been overflowing the guttering above our upstairs bay window due to the gutters not being level. Michael removed all the guttering, roof tiles and roof battens and fixed roof timbers which had sagged, and then replaced everything and fixed the gutters so that the rainwater now runs away as it should without overflowing. This is the second time we have used this company and would not hesitate to recommend him to others

We have a 1960's semidetatched-house, pitched roof, leaking badly during heavy rain. We had 4 roofers provide quotes and Michael was the only roofer that took his time to view the roof, tiles, loft space etc. He left no stone unturned before he gave an honest opinion and quote. He also explained that due to the increased volume of rain now-days, the gully between the main roof and 1980's extension is not working 100% anymore. This is the type of roofer you want. He knows his stuff and doesn't mislead. He's a hard worker and finishes to a high standard. I totally recommend him.

This is the third time I have used Mike (A&G) over a ten year period. That really says it all. Super professional, proper craftmanship, easy to have around, reliable...no fuss. I'm sure I'll need him again at some point!

Mike and his son came to replace a flat roof that had been very poorly fitted by another company following a very small leak (with their work leaving a bigger leak). Mike quickly spotted the issues with the previous work and moved some other jobs around so he could get our roof replaced as a priority. The new roof is perfect and watertight! Mike was clear, efficient and quoted very reasonably to redo the work. He had fitted a previous flat roof for us when we first moved in so we knew he was excellent but unfortunately, had been away when we first spotted the leak - we should have waited!
