K rend external rendering
Initially quoted, but on the day he added £1000 because adjacent property actually had K rend. More money added because of sky dish and phone lines on outside of the property - all of which were clear on the photos sent when giving the quote. Quality of work disappointing - looks a lot less neat than surrounding houses with a lot of white patches/uneven finish and a few cracks just 2 weeks after the job. Contacted Alex - said it looked alright when he left. Get the impression he was in a rush to get £££ and go. Conservatory walls
Asked for a quote and booked a suitable time and date , turned up on time and they was very informative and advised me on the best way to do the job , did not feel under any pressure at anytime and was very knowledgeable and professional. Phoned me up within 2 hours with a quote and I accepted as I thought it was a fair price for the job .
