  Air Conditioning Installation

  Posted 4 days ago

  Installation of two air-conditioning units.

Perfect! We had air conditioning installed in two bedrooms by A&J Cooling and we’re really pleased with our new units. Adam, John and all the team were lovely, really friendly, professional and a pleasure to have in our home. They did a brilliant job, were very tidy, took great care with everything and were really good at keeping us updated and explaining everything clearly. We would definitely recommend A&J Cooling to anyone thinking of getting air conditioning installed! Thank you!

  Highly recommended

Our Aircom started leaking water during the recent heatwave. We wanted to get it fixed quickly. Adam arranged a next day appointment and John arrived bang on time in the morning. He quickly identified the problem, fixed and thoroughly serviced it. Will definely use them again.

  Professional, knowledgeable and tidy

Cannot recommend A&J Cooling from Fleet area highly enough. I had an external Toshiba condenser unit with split internals for two bedrooms on the gable end wall. Great communication and advice, professional throughout, great finish to all work and exceptionally tidy inside and out. Adam is extremely knowledgeable and will give you all your options and reasons. The price was extremely reasonable too. Absolutely recommend.

  Transparent costing Good Communication

Clearly communicated timelines and availability. They were able to quickly resolve issues with current installation (not installed by them) improving energy consumption on ducted unit by 50%. Really liked that the quote was broken down into materials and manpower.

Excellent spec, fair price and a really neat installation

A&J Cooling installed a Fujitsu wall-mounted air conditioning unit in my bedroom. Adam surveyed the room properly and specified the right unit for it, taking the trouble to understand what I actually needed. The price was reasonable and set out clearly before any work started. Adam and his partner John were polite throughout and answered every question quickly, including several after the job was finished. They care about how the installation looks, and getting the aesthetics right clearly matters to them. A superb job, and I would recommend them to anyone.

  Air Conditioning Servicing

  Fantastic service

Adam came along exactly on time and completed the service efficiently. A few months later I had a problem which had nothing to do with the service he did and I sent a text asking for advice. He quickly called me back, even though it was a Saturday evening, and gave me excellent advice. Adam then kept in touch throughout the repair process and gave me real confidence in getting the situation resolved under guarantee. This was way above any reasonable expectation - my take on it is that when you become a customer of A&J, they look after you. I really was blown away by the service and support.
