Awesome! Jim works so hard to get everything just right, not "oh that will do." Pipework recessed into the wall just to make it neater! Laser lines for the correct height etc. All of his trades turn up almost by magic at the right time to complete, electrics and plastering. Most importantly Jim is a magician at clean-up, at the end of the day he goes home and our house was clean and tidy. A perfect job which overran a bit, but Jim is a craftsman not to be missed. Jim was the selected tradesperson by Wickes Fareham, a big recommendation too for Dan in the design team - A great asset to Wickes

Jim is a man with manners and skills. He was very professional and did a very tidy job with all the bits that he carried out. The quotation was fair for the job carried out and I would definitely call him again if we have any jobs needed to be done.

Excellent service, turned up on time, good communication before the job as well. As soon as he arrived he had over shoes on to keep the house clean, very tidy work space and left the house in a clean state as well removing the rubbish. Work carried out to high standard and highly recommend him for further work in my house.

I am extremely pleased with the work Jim carried out for me. It started with Jim generously offering to remove my old radiator off so my partner could paint before putting the new one , which he offered to do free of charge which is very rare these days, I was over the moon being just before Christmas. I then asked for a quote for how much to fit a sink and new radiator which was a reasonable price which again I was happy , he did a great job and I’m very pleased with The outcome . He was very clean and tidy with his work, polite manner and very friendly. I would highly recommend A&J property
