Install engineered oak floor after removal of existing carpet and levelling subfloor
Ours was a relatively complex project in an old flat (Grade II listed) requiring removal of old carpet / subfloor, re-levelling extremely uneven / bumpy existing floor joists / beams throughout the flat, and installing new engineered oak. Jakob was extremely knowledgable and helped us work through all our options, thoroughly explaining pros/cons and cost implications. His attention to detail was very high and reflected in the quality of the workmanship.
