The trader was employed to rip out an en-suite and install a walk in shower, wall hung toilet, wall and floor tiling. Upon near completion it was clear that they were untrained in plumbing or tiling. New floor and wall tiles were uneven with poor grouting. Sealant was used to fill large gaps. Sealant came away after the first 12 hours. Copper joints were soldered without protecting the wood and wall. They installed incorrect plasterboard for wet areas. Shower fittings were left with gaps. The work is dangerous and has had to be removed at cost to the homeowner.

The customer was happy with the job. When we nearly finished with 1 day left for completion the job, I received text messages its not happy with the job and to don't come back. How it's that??? If you do any job you can't to that you do snagging at the end of the job. The client he didn't pay me more than half. The house was clean every day and protect the floor.
