I had an urgent request as my shower was unusable and Andy responded quickly with a fair price and offered to come next day. Very friendly, did the job, was very conscious of tidiness and gave me advice on other electrical queries (and recommendations for plumbers for another issue!). Absolutely would recommend and use again.

Everything from initial contact, arranging appointment, updates, punctuality and workmanship to date very professional. Any faults found were clearly communicated. I await a written report, whereupon I will be happy to instruct A&R Electrics to carry out any necessary remedial works.

All work was carried out efficiently and with excellent results. Helpful advice was offered which also proved to be extremely beneficial, including internal controls for external electrical features. Also great care was taken to ensure that any visible work was neat, and not intrusive.

Cannot praise A&R enough, very thorough, took time to explain any issues and observations, explained the findings and stated what was needed - sensible advice, no hard sell to upgrade unnecessarily. So refreshing to employ a trustworthy company.
