  Mick was friendly and helpful and willing to listen to our requirements which were not straightforward and fit in with our timetable. The job was not done because we changed our minds - no reflection on Mick who also recommended a builder for part of the job.

  Left a message for Mick re my overflow pipe, he called back arranged a visit and turned up on time to do the work. Also gave me a very good quote for a new boiler which in hindsight I wish I had take up.
