Two men and dog (Brucie) team did a great job stripping off the leaky old roof from Victorian terrace in Newcastle upon Tyne and replacing. Old roof had several Velux windows, all of which had been badly fitted and were leaking - all had to be replaced. In addition, chimney-stacks were repointed (lime mortar) and flaunchings (which were falling apart) replaced. Also the rear roof had no insulation at all, so additional work to place insulation. Modern breathable membrane placed on both roofs. Result - old humidity problem completely gone, and house drying out. Great job guys!
