Excellent, Highly Recommend. A pipe had 'come apart' in the loft so very much an emergency as water was pouring through the ceiling. James was very professional, on time each visit, polite, he let me know what he was doing at each stage of the work and he tidied up when finished. He also fitted a new tap in the on-suite which wasn't a straight forward job. I will definitely be asking James to do any further plumbing work. Very pleased. Thank you James!

I contacted james about a year ago for the first time for an issue I had with the heating system in the house, and since then twice for minor issues/emergency call out. He was always responsive and punctual. On the first call out, he fixed a rad that was stubbornly not heating up, and also a full service (cleaning rust from the cycle). I have to say the old heating system in the house is working brand new. I highly recommend his services. Great guy.

James was prompt, polite and professional!

James answered my enquiry very quickly and turned up exactly on time. Very polite and personable - job was trickier than originally planned due to how the original sink was installed (everything had been stuck down). He just got on with it, made the repairs and changed the taps and I now have a working sink again. Would recommend

James was very professional, punctual, very reasonable with price for work done and courteous when on an emergency job at my home. He arrived within 30mins of first contact with him, he kept in contact with me while i was in work at this time when he was doing the job, sending pictures and calling me to update me how he was getting on.
