5.75Verified ReviewInitially started well, very friendly guys that came out. Had to chase every time to confirm they were coming as past the initial time mentioned. However, the part they replaced was tripping a fuse which left me with no hot water at all and no oven. After sending someone out, they could only do a certain amount of work so left me with a temporarily solution with minimal hot water. They have stopped replying to my messages asking when they would be able to come back for a permanent fix! Very disappointed
