My full refit bathroom lasted 18 months before the shower tray cracked. Aaron would only fit a new tray if I paid the labour costs. An independent inspection by the Furniture and Home Improvements Ombudsman (FHIO) confirmed that the shower tray cracked as it had not been installed correctly. My credit fully upheld my section 75 complaint. A different local company refitted my bathroom to rectify this and other issues raised in the inspection report. Would not recommend.

I have a wonderful new bathroom that has been installed by APG. The whole team were great, from the admin in the office through to the on-site team. As with all installations small changes had to made, and these were discussed, and the most elegant and thoughtful solutions were incorporated. One wonderful happenstance, due to the running of the hot water / radiator pipes, is that as you step out of the shower area onto the tiles, they are gently warmed as if I had underfloor heating. I am very pleased and I highly recommend APG

We were wanting a complete refurbishment of our bathroom, namely the removal of the bath and replacing it with a walk-in shower, replacement of the wash basin and toilet, re-tiling the walls and installing new flooring. We went to APG and were not disappointed; Aaron impressed with his advice and design, and Kate showed every courtesy and patience during the whole process. Tyler and Charlie completed their tasks on time and to the required standard with minimum disturbance to us. We are very pleased we entrusted APG with this work and would wholeheartedly recommend them without hesitation.

Job involved replacement of bath with shower and revamp of rest of bathroom. (Toilet and wash basin replaced, room re-tiled, new radiator, new flooring plus new fittings). Very pleased with result. Punctual, tidy and courteous. Worth visiting show room to see examples.

I urge people not to use this company! They have left us with a garage conversion that is unusable and have failed to stick to their own terms and conditions. Our bathroom was also completed by them and the workmanship is terrible. I was warned not to use this company but didn’t listen! I think it’s only fair for others to know. We have a full professional survey of our conversion and they said it’s very bad work and not in line with any building regulations at all
