Washing machine leaking causing water to leak from drawer.
Omar was very friendly, prompt and thorough. Found and fixed the issue and explained everything clearly.
To repair dishwasher - drainage issue
In contrast to a previous visit that was very positive - this visit was unsatisfactory on many levels. Although I had requested a 9am appointment, there was no confirmation from the engineer. Although there was time spent trying to diagnose the problem I found him abrasive when I tried to remind him of the actions previously taken by him to repair the machine. He failed to listen to the operating issues I raised. He told me (untruthful) the machine was working when he was leaving - even though it was actually paused (by him) in mid cycle. A complete waste of money - disappointing service.

Fan on my oven needed replacing.
Naz came promptly, repaired my oven in 20mins. Was very polite and helpful.
Repair fridge freezer
Naz arrived in the allotted time and was extremely professional . Solved the issue very quickly and cleanly. Would not hesitate to use his services again and would definitely recommend him.
Faulty dishwasher - water unable to drain
Reasonable rates - even for an Easter Sunday! So gratitude for just showing up on a bank holiday weekend! Was able to quickly diagnose the fault. Professional, friendly and most of all the dishwasher appears to be working!!! Happy bunny! Ha, ha! Thank you!
