A late Sunday afternoon plumbing disaster averted. A fast response, very professional and helpful.

Can’t believe how quickly responded and got to us. He was so polite, friendly & calm when I was in high anxiety mode after a pipe fitting suddenly broke apart and water was soaring into the air. Loved how he quickly talked me through what to be doing whilst he was on his way. He quickly sorted the broken pipe and joints, made a brilliant repair, cleared up after himself and waited whilst I ran a quick cycle on both dishwasher and washing machine at the same time to check the plumbing. This was doubly reassuring. I recommend Abacus Drain Repairs.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Responded quickly, arrived on time, and sorted our blocked drains efficiently with no hassle at all. Very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Left the area spotless afterwards and the pricing was honest and fair. It’s hard to find reliable tradespeople these days, but I genuinely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing drainage work done. First-class service all round.

Spoke to him on Saturday but was to busy and he’s turned up Sunday at half 8 to unblock our drains and sorted it and said what he thought and never tried to make it worse or do more then what he needed. All sorted and tidy with a very reasonable bill at this time

Darren responded very promptly after I posted the job, phoning me for more details. Subsequent communication was also prompt and clear. He gave me an estimate, based on a photo, and that was what he charged. Quick, tidy job, arrived on time (despite having to drive up to Reading from Portsmouth!). Work all done by about a week after posting on Checkatrade. Very pleased with the outcome and no hesitation in recommending him.

Darren & Brett were responsive and innovative in clearing our blockage. Their pricing approach is clear, transparent & sensible which took a lot of the worry away. I would highly recommend them.
