  Drain clearance

  Arrived on time, completed the drain clearance and left the area of work neat and tidy. R ecommended further work to protect drains from damage in the future which could be very costly to repair. This was explained to me very courteously and not in a pushy manner.

  Knocking down inside wall and putting in a large picture window in outside wall

  Took out cupboard and putting picture window to add light, render and make good walls. Very happy with workmanship and tidied up behind.

  Ive used abacus on many occasions, as usual Tim turned up on time and was thrilled with the work, the words 'attention to detail' spring to mind, so happy.

  Fitted new doors throughout the entire house.

  I was really pleased with the overall standard. There was one door I asked to be adjusted after hanging, and it was done without complaint. I think the standard was high. Tim also advised on hinges, handles etc and was very helpful. He was also polite and friendly, which is very important when having strangers working in your house.
