  We recently hired Abat to build a new garden fence and fix a poorly done driveway left behind by unprofessional builders. From start to finish, professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were outstanding. The garden fence was completed to a high standard, with quality materials and precise workmanship. It not only looks fantastic but is also sturdy and built to last. As for the driveway, what was once a mess has now been transformed into a smooth, well-laid surface that enhances the entire property. you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and honest builder, I highly recommend!

  New bathroom and structural repairs

  We needed some extensive repairs done (structural repairs to our exterior walls, new flooring, rewiring) and a new bathroom in our charity's property. It wasn't a straight forward job but Pellumb and his team were just exceptional. Efficient, hard working, always in time and very friendly. I always felt well informed about each step and any issues that came up during the works. Pellumb is very meticulous when it comes to the finishing and all the works were completed to a very high standard. I certainly recommend him and his team and I hope he is available for future works in our house.

  Snagging

  Pellumb & his team swooped in and calmly, efficiently & with speed finished the snagging on our renovation when our previous builder upped sticks overnight and slithered off to another job, leaving us completely in the lurch. I cannot recommend Pellumb highly enough. His eye to detail for high end finishes speaks of his many decades of experience working renovations both large & small in London. Pellumb gives his considered and expert advice when discussing issues & has access to a range of trusted specialist services upon which you can draw as & when required.

  Stud wall installation and door opening

  Pellumb and his team have been amazing from the beginning to the end of my experience. He was able to breakdown the works and explain everything in detail which I loved as other tradesman haven't in the past. He is patient and the quality of work his company has produced is excellent and I was peace of mind that my property was well taken care of. I would highly recommend to all and if i could give more than 10 I would! Thank you so much Pellumb!
