  I lost around 500€ and never got my package. I made an order in November and then couldn't login to the site so I didn't have the tracker number. I needed the tracker number for the customs clearance paperwork and I emailed them several times, where Mark Grainger said he'd look into it or never replied. Eventually he gave me the tracker number but by then the deadline had expired and the package was sent back. Even though I forwarded him an email from the post office confirming this he refuses to refund me and told me to "never order from [them] again". Never again.

  Quick, High quality service. Mark was professional and knowledgeable and knew what the issue was as soon as he had assessed the window. Whole job took less than an hour including assessing the window, ordering the parts and fitting them a couple of days later (the part needed was discontinued but managed to source it very quickly). Very pleased. Great communication. Would Recommend!
