Our boiler pressure was always dropping and stopping it coming on . I called 2 days before Xmas and Matthew promptly came . He said you shouldn’t need to keep topping the boiler up which we had been doing since we had it . He found out there was a leak we didn’t know about and other plumbers didn’t mention. The company were very courteous and helpful, especially when we explained we were due to go away later that morning. The workman was prompt and efficient and we were quoted a price once the job had been assessed.
