10Verified ReviewIt was a big project where the whole house was refurbished to a level that everything was removed and newly done including walls in first floor, install underfloor heating and build new floors with a combination of tiles and wood. The stairs were also redone with nice wooden flooring with design doors for the whole house. Chimneys were removed and walls decorated with bricks. Finishing is very good and the quality is excellent. Mr. Luta has a wonderful team of considerate, cooperative and professional colleagues who are very good and Mr. Luta personally works and looks after the work as well.

10Verified ReviewWe wanted to extend the kitchen to include more storage and modernise the kitchen. This included removing the existing kitchen, redoing all walls, flooring and ceiling, moving connections for water, electricity and boiler with proper vents. Mr. Luta helped from the planning phase and completed a very well ventilated and tich of natural light kitchen extension. He designed custom ceiling for a bigger and brighter kitchen space. He helped us in Kitchen selection and fitting as well. He is a good professional and very well skilled.
