Came out same day, sorted our problems out quick. Would hire again

I wanted my silver tap changed to a black tap. they told me that the original current tap had to be cut off. they then informed me that the new black tap had a hole in it so they had to go get a brand new £200 tap. I told them I couldn't pay for a £200 tap and all I could pay today was £200 max. he said that's fine and went to go get the tap. he installed this silver tap (poorly). whilst he was gone I noticed the screwdriver on the counter next to the black tap and it appears that they have made the hole in the tap.he wanted £260. he was aggressive and wanted him to leave so I paid £200

Very friendly and professional. Needed a toilet changed and had it done in under an hour. Very reasonably priced too and left everything clean and tidy
