    Quick and Detailed

    ABC Surveys were incredibly quick to respond following my initial contact, arranging the survey with my estate agent just a few days later. The report was extremely detailed and was delivered less than 24 hours after the survey took place. I would happily instruct ABC Surveys again in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

    Richard was superb! 10/10

    We used Richard for our Level 3 survey. The turnaround was very quick - he was in the house within a couple of days from us instructing him, and the report followed day or so later. The report itself was super thorough but what stood out the most is that when we asked for a call to go through the report, he was warm and patient and explained things clearly. Great services! Would 100% recommend!

    Structural building inspection and report

    We were very impressed with the surveyors who carried out our structural building report. Their pricing was reasonable, and they were incredibly efficient throughout the whole process. ABC surveys Ltd was established in 2007 with our name being made up from the different type of surveys we offer, for example Asbestos Surveys, Building Surveys and Condition Surveys. We have specialised in Party Wall Matters since the Act became nationwide in July 1996 and became members of the Pyramus and Thisbe club and the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.

A.B.C Surveys Ltd are professional party wall surveyors covering the full range of party wall matters and are members of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club and the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.

As party wall surveyors we are able to act for the building owner, adjoining owner or as the agreed party wall surveyor for both building and adjoining owners under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.

The Party Wall etc Act 1996 gives property owners rights to do work to the party wall (shared wall) and when excavating or building close to the boundary line. It also provides a framework for preventing and resolving disputes in relation to party walls, boundary walls and excavations near neighbouring building.
