Leak pipe , investigating the possible waste pipe leak , replacing cooker ducting kit
He was the first to call me after posting the job. He asked £150 and I agreed. I told him 3 times that he needed a very tall ladder, he said no problem,. I took a day off , he came no ladder (a1.5m ), no drill to dig around the toilet waste pipe. I rented a ladder (£30) he replaced the cooker hood, with silicone he glued pieces of brick around it from outside and put a lot of silicone still on top with 2-3 cm open gap on top and it was rattling in wind.. Leaking water from toilet tank
Abdel fixed a water leak from the toilet tank which was apparently caused by faulty fill valve. He changed the fill valve and stopped the leak. Wonderfull job. Quote was very competitive. There was a tiny change at the final bill but it was reasonable therefore acceptable. He came very early on a Saturday morning which was great. Overall, a very good experience.
