Independent Safety Report for my Step Machine which went on fire.
Andy was great, and had an extensive knowledge base. He arrived on time and completed a thorough investigation into the reasoning behind the appliance fire. He sent through a detailed and comprehensive report the next day for me to send to the Retailer as evidence. I would definitely use A B Domestic Appliance Repairs again in the future! Great Company, Great Engineer!

Mr Billingham arrived same day as called as he was working nearby, identified the problem with circuit board and was able to fix it immediately. Definitely recommended.
Replaced Oven Element
Andy arrived the next day, identified the issue with a glance, had parts on his van, replaced the heating element, did a quick safety and operational check, and took payment by card machine. Excellent. Thanks.
