Bathroom refit, new floor laying, fitting of new light fixtures and extractor fan
Tristan was incredibly helpful and accommodating through the whole process of our new bathroom fit. We kept adding items to their list which they took in their stride and were very reasonable with their quote. We are very happy with the quality of their work and approach through the whole process.

Knocked down walls, installed new ceilings, plastered walls and ceilings, installed new doors

New kitchen, bathroom and ensuite fitted. Tiling floors and painting throughout.
The team at Ability Construction were professional every step of the way. We were pleased with the finished product and Junior ensured the work was completed on time, to high standard and for the quoted price.

General maintenance, fixed water leak and repointing of brickwork
You can trust these guys to stick to their promises. Competative price and overal very well executed work. I live in another country and have tenants in the house, no complaints from anyone during the work and pictures of all the work shared as it was being shared as the work progressed. All in all, strongly recommend these guys!

Railway arch reclamation, installing fencing and laying turf
Junior and his crew were courteous and tidy, having to carry 18 tonnes of garden waste through the house with minimal mess. The quality of workmanship was very high and the final result is really what we envisioned. Will definitely use Ability construction again.
