  The loft room refurbishment and loft insulation upgrade were done to a high standard, and carried out efficiently and with minimal mess. Additional tasks were fairly priced and added to the schedule without problem

  Roof Replacement

  Work to loft and roof

  I contacted Clint for a quote to strip and re-tile a small roof and take out French windows in our loft. Extremely polite and courteous, he carefully explained how he would proceed and spent time answering our queries. His quote was clear, concise and reasonable so we went ahead. I’m glad that I did. His team did a fantastic job without any drama, always respectful of our home and punctual every morning. Clint’s communication was also excellent. Finishing the project on time and budget the standard of work was first class. I would have no hesitation in using Able again.

  Driveway Paving & Electrics

  Very pleased with our new driveway. The experience was comprehensive, yet simple, from start through to the finish. We had some options added to the initial quotation to get exactly what we wanted and it was all managed without fuss and executed superbly. Communication was clear, concise and timely throughout. The team worked hard and diligently throughout, even during very heavy rains and achieved completion in the shortest possible time. The additional efforts for a brick light, and step paving was appreciated. Above and beyond in all aspects. Would very much recommend!

  Loft extension (bedroom and bathroom)

  Able2Build have recently completed a loft extension (bedroom and bathroom) for us. From the moment we got in touch, we received a first class service. They were very knowledgable and helpful and always responded quickly to any queries or questions we had. It was a relief to have the company manage the whole project and the timescales from the plumbing, tiling, electrics, roofing, doors etc - we didn't have to worry about getting any other tradesmen in ourselves. Every member of the team that worked on our job was amazing, incredibly professional, efficient, friendly, tidy and skilled.
