John successfully repaired our 10 year old washing machine which was flooding. He responded promptly to my request for help, was knowledgeable and able. He was a pleasure to have in the house. The price was good too. What's not to like.

Our oven was tripping the electricity every time we switched it on. Rang up John at 8.30 am and had a working oven again by 11 am. Great service- very efficient and reasonably priced.

John called me straight away. He talked me through some ways to test what was wrong and diagnosed the problem and how much it would cost to fully repair, which made a replacement cheaper. He didn't charge for the advice and I really appreciated his approach so will use gor any issues in the future.

John diagnosed the problem over the phone so he could order the part in advance of his visit, and could give me a total price for the quote. He fixed it in one visit, there were no hidden costs, and he was a very nice guy.
