Tom and Able Appliances were excellent. Complete ease and clarity on the booking process, kept us informed on arrival times, explained fully the issue and work that needed to be done and why prior to starting and also clarified cost before work commenced.

Lady I spoke with to make appointment was polite, helpful and gave clear pricing. Tom turned up spot on time and again polite, helpful and sorted Gas Avon out in no time. Very smooth from start to finish and I would highly recommend Able Appliances.

The engineer came on time. Diagnosed the problem with my oven as the element and replaced it for me. He also replaced the oven light as that was no longer working. Very satisfied with the job and everything has been working nicely since. Would definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic repair on my Smeg cooker by Tom. It’s in a rental property of mine, the burners weren’t staying lit, the oven needed a new element and the panel on the front has been scrubbed so much the symbols were missing. I had purchased replacement stickers but had no idea where to put them. Tom fixed the burners and replaced the element, he also put the stickers on for me, he also let me record a video of him explaining how to use the cooker. Great job done, I’m really pleased. I have a Braintumour and Tom went above and beyond to help.

I’m very pleased with the work done on the installation of my new chimney hood and the repair of my oven. The technician, Tom was professional and clearly knowledgeable about the job. The chimney hood was installed neatly and securely. They also diagnosed and repaired my oven efficiently, explaining what the issue was and making sure everything was functioning properly before leaving.
